The SFS top forming mould has been created to meet the need for producing tiles equipped with spacers but pressed with their fair face towards the moving beam of the press. This enables handling the tile without the fair face scraping against the die-box.

This is our most technologically advanced, complicated and costly mould, and it requires great attention in setting the press and using the mould itself. The system is intended exclusively for porcelain tile production and results in exceptional quality advantages in production.
